I worked full-time for the Portland Press Herald from September 2009 to November 2011. As a freelance writer, I reviewed bars in York and Cumberland counties for two years. These articles are some of my most memorable.
The Journal Tribune
For a year, I wrote a weekly children’s story published in the Journal Tribune inspired by my dog, Mr. Worm. While the stories are not available online, here is a glimpse at the first installment:

Salt Institute for Documentary Studies
As a college senior, I attended the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies where I honed my skills in observation, interview, and writing. The two documentaries produced during my semester at Salt can be found here:
