Here’s a first glimpse at the proposed book cover for A Brief History of Biddeford! Seeing the cover laid out was momentous and exciting. The whole process has been very real, but seeing this image along with the page proofs of the book made it tangible.

Endless thanks goes out to McArthur Public Library for use of photos from their archives, and also to Benjamin Williamson for the use of his photo of the city skyline at dusk.

And I’m happy to announce, the book will be released on June 12, 2017. This release date happens to be the anniversary of my paternal grandparents marriage, which makes it rather serendipitous and extra special.
